You just got back from a yoga retreat! Now what?

How to integrate back into the real world with ease and grace! Should you give yourself an extra day off for the body and the mind? How do you stick to the routines you are now inspired by?

This is one of the biggest questions we get! We’re happy to give you our insight and hope you find something from this.

First, remember to give yourself some grace as you try to sustain the positive vibes and new inspiration as you re-enter a world full of career, kids, errands, and bills. Mindset matters. Let us tell you why.

Keep the feeling you create and remember how you felt. What you experienced in yourself that you want to carry forward in your life during the ebbs and flows. Maybe you left feeling more open and created a heartfelt connection to yourself. Maybe it was acceptance or forgiveness, leaving you feeling strong and capable. You are capable of carrying the feelings with you.

The definition of integration includes embodying different parts or elements to form a unified whole, and thats just what it is, a process.

Just like everything in life, when you let go of control and channel your flow state things will naturally fall into place. Integration will happen naturally as you live your life. This is a feeling you embody, not thoughts or expectations you create.

There is so much intentional space created at Rooted Renewal Wellness Retreats and this is something you have to consciously create in your life back home. Think meditation, journaling, yoga, walks, etc. Remember this is all a process.

She loves inspiring people to connect with themselves through a movement- and inversion-based practice. With the proper guidance and training tools, she makes what seems impossible, possible.
